Since 1988, Pinkney C. Froneberger III, principal and founder of ICTB,  has carried out top-level communications seminars for large international banks and multinational corporations. These seminars and workshops have focussed on a broad range of communications skills required by managers in today's international marketplace.

Over the past 20 years, in hundreds of tailor-made seminars, Mr. Froneberger has acquired unique experience in communications training for the international financial services sector. Thousands of participants from management trainees to members of the boards of Europe's leading companies have taken part in ICTB's training programs and coaching workshops.

Clients from across Europe have entrusted the training of their employees to Mr. Froneberger, who has conducted seminars in Germany, Switzerland, England, Italy and the Netherlands. In addition, he has served as guest lecturer at the University of Hamburg-Master's in European Business Program.
Mr. Froneberger is a United States Citizen who has been residing in Europe for more than 20 years. ICTB serves all of Europe from its base in the Netherlands.

Currently residing in the Netherlands with his wife and two children, Mr. Froneberger has also spent many years in Germany and Switzerland training and enjoying the opportunities to experience Europe as a long-term expat. Before entering the training profession, Mr. Froneberger was employed by American Express International Banking Corporation.
Mr. Froneberger received his degree in Communications and Political Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985. His honors include being named to the Dean's Honor Roll in Arts and Sciences and serving as teaching assistant to Professor of Communications Dr. Paul Brandes.
Mr. Froneberger is currently active in several international professional associations for communications training and has published several articles on the subjects of communications training and intercultural studies
