Overall impression: very good / very useful. The trainer, Mr. Froneberger was extremely competent,
lively, clear and participant-oriented. What I liked best was information about differences between cultures,
role plays, material, books and information about how to behave.
Realizing other cultures exist and investigating how this affects behavior
of your counterpart in order to benefit from it. What I liked best was the
